We do not charge you extra for furniture, internet or water usage. The best part is that you do not have to share your living space with someone else that you do not want to. We rent the entire apartment not by the room. So you bring your own roommates if you choose a 2 or 3 bedroom to ensure that you are going to be comfortable living with someone else, or you can live alone and enjoy all the space to yourself in a 1 bedroom.
